I Have Very Bad Allergies To Fragrances And Other Sense

I have very bad allergies to fragrances and other sense of smells. I can hardly sleep at night because of the allergies. I've been to the doctor many times and to a allergist. they all say the same thing. What can I do to get my life back to normal. Please help :-)
