I Have Very Bad Itching Under My Skin, Mainly On

I have very bad itching under my skin, mainly on myinner thighs but sometimes on my chest and back, thought it was dry skin or razor burn, but not the case. Itching is unbearable and I have ddeveloped bruises on my legs from my thighs down to my knees
