I Have Very Bad Pain On The Right Side Of

I have very bad pain on the right side of my abdomen near my pelvic region and it started after I stretched weird and there was a pop in my back on the right side near my hip bone. I also have some nausea and pain under the right side of my rib cage. The doctor said it was ovulating pain but I've had it before and never as bad. They also took a blood test and it's not appendicitis so I have no idea what it is.
