I Have Very Bad/severe Itching And Some Swelling On My

I have very bad/severe itching and some swelling on my hands, armpits, knees, top of my feet and lower abdomen. This all started whilst on a 16 hour flight from Hong Kong to NYC that arrived af few hours ago. I did eat some peanuts on the flight along with other food and it all started about 2 hours later. I took benedryl but it is not helping. I am contemplating a trip to urgent care at 3:30am (now)
