I Have Very Black Stools For 1 Week. I Have

I have very black stools for 1 week. I have lower pains in abdomen stomach area. Have a prolapsed uterus operation 2 years age. They put in mesh. No blood in stools. What could this be? Not a big diet change, Started to try and eat healthier, but not a lot of dark leaf greens.
