I Have Very Cold Feet When I Sit Or Lie

I have very cold feet when I sit or lie down,but very hot when walking or standing,I have had heart surgery 1989. No problem till recently . I took Coreg for a year after 3 Dr. had prescribe,I just had problems with it,so to please my4th Dr I took it. Now my heart muscle has change so much in a year he has me going to a Pacemaker Dr. to have one put in. What is your openion?
