I Have Very Dry Skin That Just Soaks Up Cream,then

I have very dry skin that just soaks up cream,then turns white & cracks my feet & hands. If i do to much with my hands the cracks bleed blood,my fingers hurt & my hands & feet hurt. The pool they don't hurt or bleed. My doctor does not know what to do. He just says "What are you doing to your hands!" They look bad now. I put cream on them constantly or they will crack & bleed. Help
