I Have Very Fair Skin And Have Always Blushed Easily

I have very fair skin and have always blushed easily when embarassed or get windburn. Recently at night one or two cheeks will get hot and red and then I can't get my focus off of it because it's warm. Then I think I make it worse because I get nervous about it. It's freezing where I am located so the rest of me is cold.
