I Have Very Flushed Cheeks And Forehead. It Is Not

I have very flushed cheeks and forehead. It is not a sunburn. While my temp is higher than my normal, I do not have a fever. I have been tired since the flushing appeared three days ago. Is this an illness such as Fifth disease? I am 68 and planning to travel to visit grandkids soon. Please advise
