I Have Very Low Fericet In Body As Far As

I have very low fericet in body as far as low blood iron I'm at a 6 so I get fericet iv infusions once a month n I retain fluid some time when it is hot n my weight is up could this be the reason for the ammonia smell but it is not often but I do drink a lot of water but my herbtologist when test my blood yes ago said I should drink distilled water because its too much sodium in spring water
