I Have Very Mild Pain In My Left Leg Following

I have very mild pain in my left leg following various falls. Very rarely my leg will spasm and I can't be sure when. It gives way and I sometimes fall. I've been diagnosed with adrenomyeloneuropathy. Dr. has recommended gabapentin but I'm fearful of dizziness when driving.
