I Have Very Oily Skin,on That Am Having Very Small

I have very oily skin,on that am having very small painless pimples, which results into painful pimples later. and then puss comes out of it and that area gets black spot. it has effected near my upper lips, chin and forhead.
many told me to use lactocalamine.. but am confused which lactocalamine to use..can you please help me out of it..
