I Have Very Painful Join And Bone Pain Which Started

I have very painful join and bone pain which started Tusday, I have U C and am having Remicade infusions, I have noticed that the pain is starting to happen about 2weeks before my next infusion, I don't know if the Remicade is the cause of this but I have read that this pain is one of the side effects. If so is there something I can take to ease the pain, panda ole is not doing it for me.
