I Have Very Severe Pain In My Uterus / Vulva

I have very severe pain in my uterus / vulva area. I have had a past with ruptured ovarian cysts in which caused a pain like this. I also have a horrible pain while using the bathroom. Any idea what is causing this? The pain has also become so bad I get lightheaded.
