I Have Very Strong Pain In My Tongue At The

I have very strong pain in my tongue at the same time every day. In the late afternoon when I am watching TV I will get this very strong pain, usually on the left side of my tongue. I have looked, and there are no abrasions or sores of any kind. My tongue is clear.
