I Have Very Swollen Glands On My Neck That Are

I have very swollen glands on my neck that are very painful. I went to urgent care last sat. I do not have any infection I feel fine other than that excrutating pain in the glands. The doctor gave me Predisone and I Just took that last one last night and she gave me a higher strength of Naproxin for pain. So now I not sure what to do or where to go. Can you advise?
