I Have Very Tender Lymph Nodes In My Groin Area.

I have very tender lymph nodes in my groin area. My clitoris is swollen and is painful to the touch. Feels like a lump inside. I think there's drainage because there is some discoloration in that area of my panty liner. I've had this occur before, a year or two ago. It usually goes away after a week, but it's so painful! I'm almost 50 and it's been going on for a few years , usually after being sick or run down. I don't see any blister but pain is similar to shingles. What can I do for the pain and any idea what this might be?
