I Have Very Thick Sticky Blood Streaked Phlem Which I

I have very thick sticky blood streaked phlem which I clear from my throat once a day. I also have a sore throat and had bronchitis prior to this developing. I have gerds so my medication was changed one week ago thinking this was causing the phlem. The sore throat is slightly better but still get this phlem. Any suggestions?
