I Have Very Watery Eyes When I Wake Up In

I have very watery eyes when I wake up in the morning. A little crusting. They stay a little watery for a while but after an hour they feel fine, unless I am out in the cold. Then the teariness gets worse. The tears are sort of thicker than normal when I look at my eyes in the mirror. They are also a bit red. I went to the eye doctor who said viral pink eye, but my eyes don't itch. Vi also thought it could be an allergy to a new make up remover. So I stopped using it a few day's ago.this has been going on for several weeks. I plan on seeing the doctor again.
