I Have Visited My Go On Campus For A Spot

I have visited my go on campus for a spot that appears to be growing and has appeared in two different areas from the original on the head of the penis. They prescribed clotrimazole cream as they suspected it was related to my athletes foot due to it scaling and flaking skin off from time to time. Aka fungal. It's been 4 weeks and I'm freaking out now. Need another opinion.
