I Have Vomited Four Times In The Last Hour And

I have vomited four times in the last hour and a half and I have a temperature of 95.4 what should I do? Also I had gastric bypass on December 14th with the revision on December 20th until my stomach, my pouch rather does not hold very much. When I'm drinking water it also makes me nauseous. This just started today.
