I Have Vvs At The Severe End Of The Bell

I have vvs at the severe end of the bell curve. What is the life expectancy of someone with vvs? I faint up to 10 times a day. Pulse rate in the 20s. BP 40/0 at times. 70/30 during the less severe episodes. Have flatlined twice during tilt tests. Are you familiar with any studies of long term affects?
