I Have Warts At The Moment And My Gum Clinic

I have warts at the moment and my gum clinic has provided me with 5% Andrea cream to apply 3 times a week. I have used it before and had no problems. But this time the skin near the warts is going quite red ... is there another cream (where I don't need Andrea applied ) so I can use to to stop the irritation
