I Have Water Retentioni In My Legs And Tummy. My

I have water retentioni in my legs and tummy. My breathing is difficult my body feels heavy. i have pain under my rig cage on the right sidejust below my breast. my stomach protudes greatly. I look like im about 8 months pregnant. The pain can travel round into the centre of my shoulders. I have this annoying cough and sleeping is difficult. I cant lay flat as congestion collects in my chest and i have to get up and cough it up and out. What is wrong with me? I am 58yrs old female. Regards Ruth
