I Have Watering Eye Since Last Night. I Also Have

I have watering eye since last night. I also have a small hard area in the very corner of my eye. It feels like an abscess starting. It feels like pressure in the area and is getting more painful. It also feels like my nose is is stopping up on that side of my face. I do have dry eye and take Restasis for it. I don't know of any kind of injury, but things always start up on weekends when you cannot get help without going to ER. I am thinking I should try warm compresses.
