I Have Watery Bloodshot Eyes And A White Small Growth

I have watery bloodshot eyes and a white small growth in the right corner of my right eye. My gp gave me a regime of antibiotics for 7 days one drop in each eye 4x a day. A week has passed and these conditions are still present, although the feeling of something in my eye has deminished. What can I do until Tuesday to find relief?
