I Have Watery Sinsation Coming From The Middle Of My

I have watery sinsation coming from the middle of my chest and also from my head and in my feet bcuzz of my vertigo.... After my migraine is over some times at the top
in the back of my head i feel watery sensations coming from from head and now watery in my chest just happened tonight just a couple of times it's stopped now but it mite come back later ..
