I Have Weak And Dizzy Spells Along With Dull Pain

I have weak and dizzy spells along with dull pain around my head espesially bhind my right ear. It comes and goes and sometimes I go days before another attack. My doctor says he thinks that it is a enter ear problem. Even though my elletrolites seem to be normal I still have the simptoms. What do you think about it being inter ear or something else?
