I Have Weakness In My Right Arm Like I Am

I have weakness in my right arm like I am paralyzed in one section, I have a little pain below the shoulder more in the bicep but can still use my arm but have to use my left hand to place my right arm so I can use it efficiently. I do have agent orange from Vietnam and I am a diabetic and am being treated by the VA in Nebraska.
