I Have Weird Bruising On My Upper Inside Thigh. It's

I have weird bruising on my upper inside thigh. It's been there for 2+ weeks. I didn't do anything to cause it and it doesn't hurt. Looks odd - like a chriss-cross mesh. In the same area is a small - penny size - rash/small bumps - that I noticed maybe 4 weeks ago. Now my feet and legs are tingly often and just annoying. No other symptoms. Otherwise healthy and I exercise daily.
