I Have Welted Itchy Red Bumps On My Legs Feet

I have welted itchy red bumps on my legs feet and buttocks. I have not changed detergents or body wash. I replaced my shower lufa last week. But it is the same kind I always use. It started last night. I have not changed diet or anything. When I took benadryl it got worse. What could this be?
