I Have Went To The Doctor To Het Tested Three

I have went to the doctor to het tested three times all were negative but im still having burning and a slight discharge. Also i guess the discarge backs up my ability to urine until enough force of urine builds up to force its way out, this is the same when i ejaculate, like it feels like its breaking throw something, i dont k ow whats going on.
