I Have Wet Macro Degeneration, Had Injections In Right Eye

I have wet macro degeneration, had injections in right eye in past to dry them up. Last injection was may of 2014. Checked every 4 months and always been dry. Yesterday saw sentence structure drooping, saw difference on the Amsler grid, my doctor got me in yesterday afternoon, tested with leakage so had injection. My question, would starting 40mg of atorvastatin calcium once a day, evening been the cause of this?
