I Have What I Believe Is A Swollen Lymph Node,

I have what I believe is a swollen lymph node, it is behind my left ear at the hairline. Was sore a few days ago, now it just seems to be a bit swollen and not as tender. Wife has had a virus about a week ago but I am not presenting any other symptoms of what she had.
