I have what I believe is jock itch. I have had it since the weather turned warm. It is itching and burning around my scrotum and groin. I have been trying to treat it with alcohol but it really burns intensily when I apply it after a shower and it does not appear to be helping stop it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
