I Have What I Call Panic Attacks. Symptoms Are Increased

I have what I call panic attacks. symptoms are increased heartrate. drinking water helps. today I had one and felt faint. I drank water, put my head down below my knees and it stopped. I just read about a condition where fractures plus these symptoms just mentioned indicate a specific condition. i'm 52 and a server in a restaurant. overweight but quit added sugar in my diet a couple months now. I recently had severe foot pain and slipped, not much, and fractured my foot. any thoughts? haven't been tested for diabetes but am suspicious.
