I Have What I Originally Thought Were Bug Bites On

I have what I originally thought were bug bites on my left arm only. There are about 8 or 9 of them. It's been well over 2 months since I got them and they still haven't healed. They have scabs and of course, I pick at them. But normal bug bites heal pretty quickly...these haven't. No bites anywhere else but my upper left arm.
