I Have What I Think Could Be An Abscess In

I have what I think could be an abscess in my cheek. It starts where the gums and cheek meet. Feels like I cut my cheek but haven't. My face is swollen around the right cheek. A bump has formed. Recently came off pcn for abscess of the tooth just forward and below the bump.
