I Have What I Think Is A Keloid On My

I have what I think is a keloid on my inner thigh and it has been there for as long as I can remember since I was a kid, the other day it got pulled on by the loofa while washing and since then has been a little irritated and swollen. Also I'm not sure what happened but it looks as if there was a little cut on it and now I see a black spot on it but that has gotten smaller as the days go on. What should I do about it?
