I Have What I Think Is Rash On My Back

I have what I think is rash on my back and it is very tender when someone the spot and also it very itchy. So what do need to do about this problem help me find a answer please cause now the spot on my driving crazy thanks kim hutton I'm only asking cause it very hard for someone to find a rash on dark skin people
