I Have What I Thought Maybe A Puss Pocket On

I have what I thought maybe a puss pocket on my earlobe but it became extremely painful & abnormally swollen with numbness behind the earlobe. Any suggestions on what it maybe. It's starting to concern me it's been there several days & seems to slowly be getting larger
