I Have What I Thought Might Be Indigestion , But

I have what I thought might be indigestion , but in the past 12 months , it seems to be daily . It is in my upper abdomen , just below my breast in the center . It now has caused at times severe pain , and sometimes when I eat it hurts as the food goes down . I had a big scare about 2 weeks ago , when a piece of steak got stuck , it was very painful for approximately 20-30 minutes . I was moments away from calling 911 ... I take acid reducing pills almost every day . Help ?
