I Have What I Thought Was A Yeast Infection. I

I have what I thought was a yeast infection. I am a male and this rash with peeling skin daily, terriable itching now covers my entire penis. I tried several different medications for yeast infections and none have helped at all. This has been going on for nearly two months. It peels daily and Im about ready to cut the thing plumb off. Please help me. If I had money I would go to the doctor. Im disabled but not on dissability yet. HELP
