I Have What Appear To Be Bite Marks In Different

I have what appear to be bite marks in different areas if my body. My bf has them too but they look slightly different and are worse. Dr at walk in clinic says its flea bites. They are not concentrated on one area. Bf is convinced that it is scabies. Dr told me mine is not and noone else in my house has them. Can you please help. I've also checked for bed bugs and see no signs of them
