I Have What Appears To Be A Broken Blood Vessel

I have what appears to be a broken blood vessel in my right eye one side of the eye. The blood is creeping under the pupil and looks like the other side of my eye is going to be bloodshot as well. There also seems to be a yellow tint inside the blood on the right side. Will this disappear in about two weeks or may it be something more than a broken vessel?
