I Have What Appears To Be A Bug Bite On

I have what appears to be a bug bite on my face. It's been there a couple days a small circle of raised skin with a sunk in middle about 1/8 in diameter. I was looking at it closer as it hasn't gone away and pressed on it. The skin in the center slurred off leaving a slightly bloody spot which is draining cleanish liquid. Any ideas?
