I Have What Appears To Be An Insect Bite That

I have what appears to be an insect bite that is red, some rash, swelling and warm to the touch. Also painful to move. It is located on my upper left arm close to my shoulder and painful to lift my arm. I DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY FOR THIS. SO, FORGET ABOUT IT!!! WHAT A WAY TO SCAM SOMEONE IN NEED!!!
