I Have What Appears To Be In My Left Arm

I have what appears to be in my left arm pit a sore or tender lymph node I hurt my hand a couple weeks ago and read that can cause it also a few days ago noticed a little sore lump behind my right ear just curious other than that I don't feel ill or have any symptoms
