I Have What Appears, To Me, To Be Either A

I have what appears, to me, to be either a spider bite, or a pimple on my scrotum. It is very painful. I'm trying to find out if I need to go to the ER or if I can treat it at home. I have a picture if that would help, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...
