I have what feels like a pinched nerve in my groin area. It is sometimes so severely painful that I cannot walk and have to severely limp. This has been going on for about a week. But for about two weeks I have had irregular issues with my Bowles, of greatest concern is a severe cramping in the lower right abdomen that lasts about two to three minutes, and feels like an abdominal Charlie horse.
